The AERC is happy to provide you with any of the following FREE services and resources:- Internet access for job searches, resumé and cover letter writing, software skills upgrading, or other employment preparation use;
- A computer program called 'Choices' matches your interests, skills and values to related occupations. It also provides detailed descriptions of each, the education/training required, where the education/training is available, wage rates, and more;
- Double-sided photocopier, laser printer, scanner, telephone/TTY, and fax machine for public use;
- Information brochures and pamphlets from government departments and the private sector;
- Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, learn-to-type software, and WinWay Resumé programs;
- Hands-on computer courses and training workshops are offered several times throughout the year;
- Information on resumé creation, cover letter writing, interview techniques, and networking;
- Additional assistance from friendly, knowledgeable resource staff.
